What are the dates for the 2008 River City Bike Fest?
April 11-13, 2008

How do you decide which weekend the River City Bike Fest is on?
We usually work around the dates of Fiesta in San Antonio, Easter, and the Laughlin River Run. It usually is the week after Laughlin and the week before Fiesta as long as the date is not on Easter Weekend!

Can I pre-register for the River City Bike Fest? 
no (click on tickets on the main page of the website).

How much is a three day pass?
$35.00 for all three days; includes all activities as well as the concerts and camping.   You can pick up a three day pass onsite Thursday April 10, between 10 am to 8 pm or at the gate throughout the weekend.

Is a free T-shirt included with the weekend pass?    No, we have kept a low admission price which includes:  a national music act; Rik Emmitt, Rhett Rhotten's Wall of Death, Vinnie and Cody, we are not able to include a free t-shirt without increasing the admission price.

Can I buy a day pass like I do at some other rallies just to visit the vendors?
YES.. day passes are $15.00 for Friday and Sunday or $20 for Saturday. Your admission fee includes access to absolutely all the activities, attractions and concerts.


What are the hours of camping set up and 3 day wristband operation?    You can arrive any time after 10 am on Thursday to set up your camp site. You can pick up your three day pass from 10 am to 8 pm on Thursday or throughout the weekend.  There will be staff on site from 10 am to 10 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to help with any questions on camping and weekend passes.


Do you take credit cards or checks at onsite registration?
No

What are the hours of operation?
Friday:    12 pm to 11pm; Saturday 10 am to 11 pm; Sunday 12 pm to 6 pm    

What about more motorcycle parking space?
We will have plenty of "motorcycle only" parking space and security during the duration of the event.

If I have an ATV or four wheeler can I bring it to the rally?
No our insurance providers will not allow the use of these vehicles.

Can I come in a car?
Yes, there's plenty of parking within the Rally grounds. Just be sure to move your car out of the registration parking lot after you get your wrist band.

Is the River City Bike Fest a Harley-only event?
NO! The Rally is wide open to ALL bikes and bikers.
